Hi guyz. My holidays are plain boring. Tried applying for jobs/sent resumes but wasn't offered any, sigh why?! I don't want the holidays to end just like this without earning some kaching $.$ Or maybe I'm just too choosy? Still hoping to get a job now..
And so to spice up another week...
I headed to BBDC to enroll for driving lessons with A :) Will have my first theory lesson tomorrow & the 2nd lesson on Friday, excited much! I can't imagine myself driving on the roads when I have dromophobia(fear of crossing the road). Eh don't laugh ah, I'm serious ok!
After that I went over to his house to bake.
I think the cupcakes were quite nice. A's parents agreed too :) "Finally something that is not chocolate", as quoted from them.
I really like how the strawberries gave the frosting a natural baby pink colour! The frosting was kinda screwed up cos I made the strawberry puree by hand! The bigger pieces of the strawberry got stuck to the nozzle and I couldn't squeeze out a proper shape. Nonetheless I think it was really tasty!! Yumz.
And no, I didn't finish the frosting!!!! In the end most of the frosting ended up in the bin cos all of us wanted only the cupcake. If I had finished it I would be as round as a ball now, no way!
